Initial Contact

Start by reaching out to us through our website, email, or by phone. Our team will respond promptly to gather some general details about your project such as location, scope, and your preferred consultation date and time.

1. 1. Fill out our online inquiry form or call our office.
   2. Provide information about your project goals and timeline.
   3. You’ll receive confirmation of our scheduled consultation time through your email calendar

Pre-Consultation Preparation

Once your appointment is scheduled, we’ll send you a brief introductory email to help us understand your vision. This helps us tailor the meeting to your specific needs.

• • • Complete the pre-consultation questionnaire (project type, style preferences, budget range
    • Gather any inspiration images, sketches, or site plans you’d like to share.
    • Please respond with pictures of the site within the scope of work i.e.- a deck, the back yard or other areas we will be assessing during our visit

The Consultation Meeting

Your free consultation is typically conducted at your project site. One of our experienced Team Leads will meet with you to discuss your ideas and answer your questions.

We will:

• • • Review your goals, priorities, and budget
    • Discuss design concepts, feasibility, and potential challenges
    • Walk through the project site to assess existing conditions
    • Share examples of similar projects we’ve completed
    • Come up with a design fee to design the project 
    • Either agree on and collect a design fee to get started right away OR we can send you a proposal lining out the design fee for you to accept when you’re ready

Design Process

After the meeting, we’ll summarize our discussion and provide you with preliminary recommendations, along with a general timeline and next steps.

We will:

• • • Receive a summary email outlining key points from the consultation.
    • We will gather any initial or additional inspiration photos to share with our designers

What to Expect:

• • • Design completion takes 1-4 weeks on average depending on the size of the project
    • Once the design is completed we will schedule a presentation/proposal with pricing to complete the designed work

Moving Forward

If you decide to proceed, we’ll guide you through our process for formalizing your project, including signing an agreement and beginning the build phase.

• • • After the proposal is signed your project moves into permitting and engineering as well as HOA approval
    • Once we have approval and permits we can put you on the schedule to start the project
    • Once on the schedule the team lead, project coordinator and project manager will meet to make sure we have an efficient timeline for your build
    • The team lead will relay the timeline to you and the project coordinator will keep you up to date on progress and scheduling requirements
